On November 7th, 2023, Maud Quessard, Head of the "Europe, Transatlantic relations and Russia" research programme and the IRSEM team were delighted to welcome Jean-Christophe Boucher, Professor at the School of Public Policy and at the Department of Political Science, University of Calgary (Canada), and a member of NSA (Network for Strategic Analysis). Mr. Boucher hosted two seminars at the École Militaire: one on computational analysis and its interest for academia  and institutional praticioners, and the other on the use of Telegram by Russian embassies around the world. Over the past two years, IRSEM has extended its cooperation with its Canadian partners. In 2021, IRSEM  and RAS co-organised an annual symposium on Information Warfare and Strategic Alliances.
