Biographie

Jeanne Maurin-Bonini is a PhD candidate, working at IRSEM in the « Intelligence, Strategy Foresight and Influence » department. She first joined IRSEM as a research assistant through a master’s program at IRIS Sup’ after completing a dual master’s degree in international relations from Sciences Po Bordeaux and the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. She is currently pursuing her research as part of a doctoral thesis, under the supervision of Tristan Mattelart and Paul Charon, at the Centre d'analyse et de recherches interdisciplinaires sur les médias (CARISM) of Paris-II Panthéon-Assas University and at IRSEM. Her research work, supported by a doctoral grant from the Direction générale des relations internationales et de la stratégie (DGRIS), focuses on the emergence and modus operandi of private actors specializing in information manipulation.
