Biographie

A professional engaged in the workings of international relations since the 1980’s, she has served in  several ministries (Defense, Foreign Affairs, Interior, Industry/Finance), as well as within two international organizations (as an expert at the European Commission and as an administrator at NATO).

Assigned to the French Embassy in Washington, to the French Permanent Representation to the UN in Geneva and to the French Permanent Representation to the OSCE in Vienna as an advisor, she also held management functions on NATO issues at the Delegation for Strategic Affairs of the Ministry of Defense. She was the deputy to the director of international Affairs at IHEDN.

In these diversified positions, she dealt with a variety of subjects  covering topics such as EU/US relations, defense and security matters , crisis management and international partnerships.
