Biographie
Major (Army) Anne de RICARD previously served at the Land Forces Command, the Joint Staff and the Directorate General of International Relations and Strategy.
She was assigned to IRSEM in August 2025 as a PhD student at Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales on China-Russia relations, with a particular focus on Chinese-Russian strategic and economic corridors in Eurasia.
